Ashley Fields Guitar Lessons – Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience, please review the following booking policy.

Bookings

Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via phone, text, WhatsApp, or the Setmore booking app.

Block Bookings
Block bookings of 5 lessons are available and secure a regular weekly time slot. If you are unable to commit to a regular weekly slot, individual lesson bookings are recommended.

Payments

All lessons must be paid for in advance to secure your booking. Payment can be made by card via the Setmore app or by bank transfer. Payment must be received at least 24 hours before the lesson.

Pricing Updates

Ashley Fields Guitar Lessons reserves the right to update lesson pricing. Existing customers on block bookings will be given a minimum of 30 days’ notice of any pricing changes.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by phone or text.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Single lessons cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rebooked at no additional charge. The rebooked lesson must take place within 14 days of the original booking date. Lessons not used within this period will be forfeited.

Block-booked lessons must be rearranged within the same paid block. Lessons not rearranged within the block period cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Refunds

Once a booking has been made and payment received, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Arrivals

Please arrive at your scheduled lesson time and not beforehand. Late arrivals may still result in the lesson ending at the scheduled time.

Waiting Area

There is no designated waiting area outside of the studio. Parents or guardians are welcome to sit in during lessons.

Consistency & Progress

Regular practice is essential for progress. Weekly lessons are strongly recommended.

Parking:
On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Alternative parking is available on Fennycroft Road (on the bend).

Please do not block garages or neighbours’ driveways.
